About "Gimme the Music" video

This mini documentary gives you an insight into the musical world of D.J. Kent & M.C. Lewis. It follows the band on tour and shows how exciting they are on stage, with their impressive costumes and professional team of dancers.

D.J. Kent & M.C. Lewis also chose the beautiful 12th century castle of Gruyères to add a Neo-Classic touch to this video presentation.

The purpose of Kent Chater’s postmodern 18th-century “neoclassic” fashion movement is to improve the fashion of today’s youth and to encourage them to acquire knowledge. As an author, intellectual, and former high school teacher, Chater is a new kind of role model, who makes it fun, exciting, and “cool” for young people to be more enthusiastic about learning, dressing more stylish, acquiring knowledge, and becoming more intellectual.

He makes it his duty to connect with people, as the great English historian Arnold Toynbee wrote, “When the ‘intellectuals’ become alienated from the intelligent ‘lay’ public, this is a symptom of a serious cultural malady. No society can afford to let this malady increase unchecked. If it is allowed to go to extremes, the consequence for society is rebarbarization.”1

Chater’s neoclassic fashion trend is working, as young people seem to like being photographed with him. In addition, kids and their moms adore, what they call, his “pirate” look. With his neoclassic fashion style, Kent Chater gives his fans at book signings something exciting and entertaining to look at.
