The AmEuropa Doctrine is devoted to the goal of unity within the Alliance of AmEuropa. AmEuropa, a contraction of the continents of North America and Europe, endeavors to develop solidarity among its nations and citizens and the world to preclude war and the decline of civilizations. Hence, the supporters of the Alliance of AmEuropa are committed to the following:

1. The establishment of AmEuropa: the alliance of Canada, the European Union, and the United States of America called the Alliance of AmEuropa.
    
2. The free movement of goods, services, capital, and citizens (while retaining border controls where desired) between all member countries of the Alliance, as the integration of nations and economies leads to the cooperation of governments.
    
3. The creation of an AmEuropean citizenship to complement an individual’s national citizenship, thereby permitting a citizen of AmEuropa – henceforth called an “AmEuropean” – to live and work in any member country of AmEuropa.
    
4. The emergence of a cosmopolitan AmEuropean citizen, achieved by the cooperation, integration, and unity of AmEuropeans in the Alliance.
    
5. The freedom, inclusiveness, and unity of AmEuropeans in an alliance achieved peacefully and democratically, thereby paving the way for world peace.
